Manston Primary School runs a very popular Breakfast Club which is open to ALL children in the school every school day. The children are offered a healthy breakfast in the company of their friends. They mix with other age groups, are safe and well cared for and are always on time for the start of school! 

Our After School club is open to all children in school. The children will undertake stimulating and fun activities in a safe environment with caring and qualified members of staff. As well as being offered a healthy snack.

Prices (September 22) 

• Breakfast club: £4.50 per session 
• After school club: £9.00 per session

Breakfast and After School Club Agreement

Please read the following points and sign to agree:

After School Club

• I will notify after school club in advance if someone other than the parent/guardian listed on the data capture form will be collecting my child.
• I will supply a password for adults who are not known to staff to collect my child.
• I will collect my child by 6:00pm every day at the doors of the main hall and understand that if I am late a fee of £5.00 will be payable each time.

Breakfast and After School Club

• If I wish to cancel my child’s place at breakfast or after school club, I will give 2 weeks' notice and understand that if I have paid for any sessions in advance these will not be refunded.
• If I wish to change the days my child attends breakfast or after school club, I will give 2 weeks' notice and understand that due to staffing any changes may not be possible.
• I will email claire.broadley@manston.leeds.sch.uk at least 24 hours prior if I require an ad-hoc session at either breakfast or after school club and understand that due to staffing I may not be offered a place on the day requested.
• I will ensure all contact; medical and dietary information is up to date with the school office.
• I understand the charges are as follows: £4.50 per child, per session for breakfast club and £9.00 per child, per session for after school club. Charges will be added onto ParentPay at the start of each week and be payable by the end of the week.
• Breakfast club will start at 7:30am and After School Club will end at 6:00pm
• I understand I must pay for every booked session even when my child is ill, on holiday or I choose not to send him/her.
• If my child needs medication whilst attending breakfast or after school club, I will complete the relevant forms to give permission for staff to administer this.

I understand my child’s place will be revoked if:

a) They display unacceptable behaviour resulting in distress or disruption to adults or children at either club.

b) My child has not attended the club for their allocated sessions for a period of 2 consecutive weeks.

c) My account is more than 2 weeks in arrears, debt recovery procedures will also begin.

d) They are collected late on multiple occasions.
